PUBLIC NOTICE

The Dorel Juvenile Group (Canada) and Transport Canada issues the following Public Notice regarding the instruction sheet for the Alpha Omega Child Restraint System, models 22-C15 TUX and the Eddie Bauer 3-in-1 Child Restraint System 22-C75 EBN produced between September 1, 2002 and September 15, 2002. The model number can be found on a label located on the side of the car seat.

Instructions for an auto adjustable tether strap were inadvertently included in 3,000 units containing a manual adjustable tether strap.

The manual adjustable tether strap may not be tightened properly without the corresponding instructions resulting in the product not performing as is intended. There have been no reported incidents or injuries.
